Cowgirls Parent-Coach Fellowship
The Parent-Coach Fellowship is a vital component of the Cowgirls Soccer program. As our program rapidly grows in both quality and size, the Fellowship plays a crucial role in enabling our coaching staff to focus on athlete development, team performance, and overall program enhancement by delegating key responsibilities.
This dedicated group of parents, encompassing families of incoming freshmen to seasoned seniors, collaborates closely with the coaching staff and our newly formed Student-Athlete Leadership Council. The Fellowship meets regularly to assist with planning essential fundraising and team bonding activities, such as team retreats, celebratory dinners, and exciting college or professional game experiences. Your expertise is invaluable, especially in strengthening our fundraising efforts, which is key to supporting our growing program.
Furthermore, the Parent-Coach Fellowship is instrumental in fostering open and transparent communication among parents, team captains, student leaders, and coaches. The valuable insights provided by this group help our coaching staff continuously adapt and evolve the program in ways that are most beneficial for every athlete.
