TRAIN THROUGHOUT SUMMER
Tryouts aren't the time to get in shape; you should already be in shape when you come out. This isn't just about performing your best, it's also crucial for preventing injuries. We highly recommend you start training throughout the summer to prepare.
To make this easier, we provide our athletes with "Work Hard. Be Nice. Believe." Journals and the Rally Plan. The Rally Plan includes a comprehensive 12-week running and resistance training program designed to get you ready for our fitness evaluations. These evaluations include the Mile Run, Cooper Test, Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test, and the ability to play an 11v11 game at pace without substitutions.
Here are some opportunities to get touches on the ball and get in shape this summer:

ATTEND PARENT MEETING
Join us for our Fall Parents Meeting on August 18th before the evening tryout session! We encourage both athletes and their parents to attend this important session.
This meeting is a great opportunity to meet our athletic director and coaching staff, learn about our program philosophy and culture, and receive your copy of the program handbook. We'll go over expectations for all roles within the program, hand out schedules, and answer any questions you may have.
It's also a fantastic chance for parents to connect with other families and become part of our soccer community!
